The driver of that car is very lucky that he didn’t kill the cyclist. The cyclist is in the wrong, he’s on a highway, if you can not do the posted speed limit you are breaking the law. And he doesn’t need to be in the middle of the road that’s just entitlement right there and I’ve seen it before. This guy thinks the road is there for him and not for cars.
